Tannaz Kargar
BArch MSc MArchD PGDip Architect ARB – Technical Designer
Tannaz is an ARB registered Architect with considerable experience in residential and cultural sectors. She completed her BArch and MSc in Architectural Engineering in Iran where she received a grant from Isfahan City Council to collaborate with them on a research-led design project.
Following her passion in the field of Environmental Psychology in design, she moved to the UK in 2017 to study MArchD Applied Design in Architecture at Oxford Brookes University. She worked for more than three years for UK architectural practices specialising in residential sectors, working within all RIBA work stages from design to delivery, with a specific focus on high-end bespoke residential buildings in London and the South of England.
In 2022, she completed her ARB/RIBA Part 3 course at the University of Westminster, and then joined Scenario Architecture as a Technical Architect. She provides comprehensive Contract Administrator experience both in the office and directly on-site and is the main point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Her strong attention to detail and extensive knowledge of building contracts makes her a valuable member of the Scenario team.
Alongside her work at Scenario, she is a Professional Champion at the University of Westminster, mentoring Part 3 architectural students and developing a network to support young practitioners.
