Luca Dalmasso

MSc Arch AAM ARB - Project Director

Luca is an ARB registered architect with extensive experience in the residential sector, at all scales.

He achieved his Master of Science at the Academy of Architecture of Mendrisio in Switzerland, where he had the opportunity to work alongside architects like Aires Mateus, Sergison & Bates, Grafton Architects and East Architecture.

Following a first experience in Melbourne, Australia he worked for a boutique developer in Lugano (CH) supporting in the delivery of high-end residential blocks and being responsible for several feasibility studies and planning applications. The most notable is the submission for the expansion of the prestigious Hotel Splendide Royal on the Lugano Lake.

In 2015 he moved to London and had the opportunity to facilitate two major planning applications: the first for Argent in Kings Cross for 78 units within a mixed used development, the second an extensive masterplan in Matlock Spa comprising 600 units.

He then worked for three years as Project Architect running simultaneously multiple residential jobs across all RIBA work stages and since November 2020 joined Scenario Architecture as technical architect supporting the team in the delivery of bespoke high-end homes. Luca then transitioned upwards to become one of our Project Directors, managing a number of our projects from beginning to end.

Luca holds a RICS Certificate in Construction Project Management.
