Our clients purchased this Large Edwardian mid terrace house which had a separate access to a garage via a back road. The developer wanted to convert the property into flats and originally thought he could get three flats out of the property. Together we established the brief for the flats and worked out that the property can potentially be converted in to four self contained properties, if strict planning restrictions will be met. The end result maximised the development potential. The main house was converted into a 3bed, 2bed and 1bed flat and the garage was further converted into a one-bedroom house with a separate access, totalling four flats. Our client invested in design quality and material selection and as a result his properties achieved record rental prices in the area.
