Appointed for full architectural services from the outset, we unveiled with the developer a potential in fully developing this site to achieve circa 33,000sqft, instead of going via the PD route and convert the existing 20,000 sqft of office spaces to residential. The project is currently in planning negotiation process, working with our clients and their planning consultants, to develop a contemporary and sustainable design, which would maximize the development potential of the site, while complying with local and national policies and standards.
