Residential on-site gym in London.
A resident’s gym tops the wish lists of Londoners seeking a home, in a new development “with benefits”.Research has found that 76% of Londoners look for an on-site gym when making the decision to buy or rent a home, while 69% would be prepared to pay the extra service charge to have an indoor resident’s pool.
Fitness specialists Trainfitness surveyed 2,000 Londoners, of which, 68% said membership fees for private off-site gyms were their main excuse for not exercising.
Meanwhile, developer Berkeley Homes says people are willing to pay reasonable service charges for resident’s fitness facilities, as private gym memberships in London are so highly priced.
